CHALLENGE
No matter how great an intranet is, it's only useful if employees actually use it. Our challenge was to excite corporate, store and operations employees and get them to go to the new site as soon as it launched.
SOLUTION
An engaging campaign that positions the new intranet as a one-stop resource with fresh content. Communications included pop-ups on the existing site, digital slides, emails and packages mailed to stores with post-it pads and pens — as well as an interactive scavenger hunt to drive traffic.
