CHALLENGE
This hospital system invested heavily in benefits, but employee awareness of the wide array of benefits was low and the programs themselves were scattered across the intranet and difficult to find.
SOLUTION
Without redoing the website, we created an overlay page that divided benefits into four life categories and linked employees to the individual benefits within that category. We also stressed the importance of mental and physical health in the wake of the pandemic, which was particularly stressful for healthcare workers. We supported the launch of the new benefits site with a brochure mailed to employees' homes.
