CHALLENGE
The employee audience at La-Z-Boy includes manufacturing, retail and corporate people, with each group contributing to the brand's success in very different ways. The challenge was to unite all three audiences in creating the future of this heritage brand.
SOLUTION
The rallying cray to Build Something Amazing resonates across the organization — whether an employee is building a couch, a sales relationship or a marketing plan. The design makes use of original employee photography to reinforce the authenticity of the employer brand, and the Z in the word amazing helps tie the brand line to the La-Z-boy name.
