CHALLENGE
Playstation engaged Tribe to build an internal communications function, and with that an employer brand. Both Japanese and US management were wary of the internal brand’s ability to support and maintain the external brand.
SOLUTION
After the discovery, strategy and creative development phases of our work, the Tribe creative team spent a few days on the Playstation campus collaborating with their branding and design team on the final design elements of the employer brand. These guidelines capture the spirit, as well as the do’s and don’t, of the internal brand.
