Employees complained that too much of their days were consumed by meetings, and that meetings typically started late and ran over their scheduled time. Leadership members were often the biggest culprits.

SOLUTION

Make leadership and employees aware of and accountable for best practices for a meeting culture, to reduce the number of meetings and make them more efficient. We wanted to avoid talking down to people or reprimanding them, but speak person to person instead.
